I have always enjoyed the combination of red and black.

They are not contrast colours, black is a non-colour and red one of the three primary colours.

Black is the darkness, the end, the night…

Red is not the light, the start, the day, is actually the bravery, the battle, the courage and the colours of the hearts.

They are right together, in a way…in my paintings.
