Due to lack of activity I have decided to close my webshop but instead some of my artprints are available on Artsyfartsy Gallery at the below link:

If I sell over 10 artprints, I will be able to share more artprints on my page.. so I hope there is interest.

On a personal note, I find it hard to promote my art overall, because if you want to exhibit, you have to pay; if you want to be featured, you have to pay, if you want your artistic profile to be promoted on a well-known art site, you have to pay, if you want to grow your network on social media, you have to pay, if you want art galleries to consider your art, you have to pay, and the list goes on…

I mean, you basically have to be a millionaire to afford to promote your art…and eventually sell it.

I have promoted my art this year, and reached the conclusion, that it is not worth it…and I am not a milionaire.

But I think it is sad, that if you are an artist, and you haven’t got a big network, you have to pay your way through, with hope to get a bit noticed or if you are lucky to gain a follower or two…

I personally gave up on this – it is fine, if I don’t sale, I do not mind, I will keep this blog, my profile on Singulart, social media accounts and see how it goes with ArtsyFartsy.

I will revert next week with my newest painting…

Best regards

Alexandra
