I cannot recall presenting this artwork, even though is quite a few years old.

But since I started the “Once upon a time” serie on my last blog post, this piece fits perfectly.

Beyond the smoke, the ashes and the fire, the last performance, last night has been unforgettable for all.

For her it might have been the last performance but in the same time, it might be the new beginning.

A beginning of a life that she always wished for, an escape from the darkness.

But how did she do it?

Was she just lucky? Or was it a planned escape?

Or maybe just like my alter ego, Ligia,once said: “Sometimes it is not about luck or chance, it’s about how much you believe in change. And then change will happen.”
